Jim Carroll
The Marriage Boot Camp provides an accelerated team based approach tackling the root causes for relationship breakdowns. It cleans relationship debris and baggage to lay a new foundation and new marriage skills. The bootcamp is unique and tranformative. Jim Carroll designed the program after training under Dr. Phil McGraw at Pathways seminars and under the insightful Thelma Box at Choices Seminar.
In 1994 Jim founded and created "The Road." The seminar was so powerful and life changing it rapidly expanded into a four-part program, still touching thousands of lives each year.
Jim is the author of "Hollywood Dating Blunders" released by Skyward Publishing in 2001, "Cover of Darkness a novel published by Huntington House in 1990, and "Angel Vision" a novel released by Huntington House in 1992.
In 2005, Jim filmed his first feature film, “Evil Behind You" The movie recently released in February 2007.
A graduate of the University of Texas, Arlington, with a degree in criminal justice, Jim has built several successful companies and is presently employing over 700 people at Silver Star Security.
He is an innovator and has developed numerous products and software services. His latest, “Schedfox", is a complex employee scheduling program.
